Privacy policy

This site is operated by ShaZam Racing on behalf of the USATF Masters Long Distance Running program. Questions or requests: brad@shazamracing.com.

Public race results pages show finisher first and last name, gender, age, gun and chip times, place, age-graded percentage, and club or team affiliation. Athletes under 18 are shown publicly as first name and last initial.

The athlete roster — including birth dates, city and state, and USATF membership numbers — is not public and is visible only to signed-in officials.

Results are published to record and verify competition outcomes, age-group and age-graded awards, and team scoring, based on the data supplied by athletes during race registration and USATF team declarations.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Browser storage is used only to keep signed-in officials authenticated and to remember that you dismissed the privacy notice.

Race results are part of the historical competition record and are retained indefinitely. Roster records are kept while an athlete is active and removed on request.

You may ask to access, correct, or remove your personal data by emailing brad@shazamracing.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access controls. Only authorized timers and administrators can upload or edit results and roster data.
